Lamb Shepherd’s Pie (Pasture-Raised Lamb)
Approximately 2 servings

The traditional shepherd’s pie made with pasture-raised lamb and topped with creamy mashed potatoes.

✔ Made in-house by our farm chef
✔ Pasture-raised lamb raised with care
✔ No seed oils — only traditional fats and butter
✔ Ready-to-bake comfort food for easy meals

Our lamb shepherd’s pie is a traditional take on this classic comfort dish, prepared in-house by our farm chef using pasture-raised lamb. While many modern versions use beef, true shepherd’s pie is made with lamb—and the result is a deeper, more distinctive flavor.

Tender lamb is slowly simmered with vegetables and herbs in a savory broth made from both lamb and beef bones, creating a rich, aromatic base. The filling is then topped with a generous layer of creamy mashed potatoes made with real butter, milk, and cream.

Like everything from the Pat’s Pastured farm kitchen, this dish is made using only thoughtfully sourced ingredients and traditional cooking methods. We never use seed oils, processed sugars, or artificial additives—just real food prepared with care.

It’s a deeply satisfying meal that brings traditional comfort food and farm-raised quality together in one ready-to-bake dish.
