At Pat's Pastured, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We value your feedback and are committed to making things right if you are not happy with your order.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances. Items that are marked as samples, final sale, free gifts, or promotional items with retail value are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. If an item is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with details and a photo, if possible, so we can assist in filing a claim or finding a resolution. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the nature of perishable goods, some products may not be eligible for return. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will handle each request on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or CSAs.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of an order must be done so within 12 hours of placing the initial order. To cancel an order, please call our team at 401-830-4728 or email info@patspastured.com.
