Our pork liverwurst is a traditional, old-world style sausage made in-house using pasture-raised pork from Pat’s Pastured. Crafted with care and classic methods, this smooth, spreadable sausage offers rich flavor and a delicate, savory finish.

Liverwurst has long been valued as a staple in traditional kitchens, bringing together flavor, nourishment, and full use of the animal. Our version honors that tradition while using high-quality, farm-raised ingredients and simple preparation methods.

Enjoy it sliced on sandwiches, spread on crackers or toast, or paired with mustard, pickles, or fresh bread for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.

Like everything from our farm kitchen, our liverwurst is made using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and traditional methods—never seed oils, artificial additives, or unnecessary shortcuts.
