Our Italian meatballs are made in-house in partnership with our farm chef using a 50/50 blend of grass-fed beef and pastured pork from Pat’s Pastured. This balanced combination creates meatballs that are tender, flavorful, and rich without being heavy.

Seasoned with classic Italian flavors and crafted with the same care as everything from our farm kitchen, these meatballs bring together high-quality ingredients and simple preparation—making them perfect for easy, satisfying meals at home.

Because they come uncooked, you have the flexibility to prepare them your way. Bake, pan-sear, or simmer them directly in your favorite sauce for a quick, delicious dinner.

Whether served over pasta, tucked into a sandwich, or paired with vegetables, these meatballs are a go-to option for busy weeknights when you want something easy without compromising on quality.

Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Eggs, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Yeast, Salt), Parsley, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Black Pepper; Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Oven:  Bake at 375°F until cooked through.
Stovetop:  Brown in a skillet, then finish cooking in sauce or covered pan.
Sauce Method:  Add directly to simmering sauce and cook until fully done.

Orders ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
We do not ship dairy, eggs, pantry items, donation items, or most prepared foods.

Choose local pick-up at our East Greenwich, RI Farm Store, open weekly with our full range of pasture-raised meats and local goods.

You can also pick up at select farmers’ markets—just order online and choose your location at checkout.

Refunds may be considered if:
• Your item was damaged during shipping

We currently offer shipping on all of our products, with the exception of dairy, eggs, pantry items, donation items, Pat’s Pastured apparel/merch, and most prepared foods.

To ensure food safety, your meats will arrive frozen (thawing is best when done slowly in the fridge). If you won't be home for your delivery, please leave a well-insulated cooler on your front door. Please note that it is your responsibility to leave a cooler and collect your order as soon as possible. If you'd like for us to leave your order in a not-so-obvious location, please send us an email with special instructions.

With a $200 minimum order, shipping is totally free! At this time, we do not offer shipping on orders under $200.
