Our braised shredded beef is slowly cooked in-house by our farm chef using grass-fed beef raised right here at Pat’s Pastured. The beef is gently braised in rich beef stock until tender enough to pull apart, creating juicy, flavorful shredded beef ready for countless meals.

Because this version is simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and a touch of vinegar, it offers incredible versatility in the kitchen. Use it for tacos, sandwiches, rice bowls, salads, pasta dishes, casseroles, or any recipe that benefits from tender, ready-to-use beef.
