All the centerpiece-worthy turkey flavor, without committing to a whole bird.

Our pasture-raised Bone-In Turkey Breast Roast is a great choice for smaller Thanksgiving gatherings, holiday dinners or anyone who simply prefers white meat. Keeping the breast on the bone helps protect the meat as it roasts while adding rich flavor for a tender, juicy finished roast.

Season it simply and roast it for a classic holiday centerpiece, or make it anytime you're looking for an impressive meal with plenty of delicious turkey for dinner—and hopefully a few sandwiches the next day.

Our turkeys are raised outdoors on pasture at Pat's Pastured, where they have room to forage, explore and express their natural behaviors.

Great for: Thanksgiving • Smaller gatherings • Holiday dinners • Roasting • White-meat lovers • Leftovers & sandwiches

What is a bone-in turkey breast roast?
A bone-in turkey breast roast is the breast portion of the turkey with the bone left intact. It provides plenty of tender white meat without the size of a whole turkey.

Is a turkey breast roast good for a small Thanksgiving?
Yes. A bone-in turkey breast is an excellent Thanksgiving centerpiece for smaller gatherings, households that don't need a whole bird or families who primarily prefer white meat.

Is bone-in turkey breast better than boneless?
Both have their advantages, but roasting turkey breast on the bone can help protect the meat during cooking while contributing additional flavor. Boneless turkey breast is typically easier to carve and portion.

How much bone-in turkey breast do I need per person?
For a bone-in turkey breast, a general starting point is about ¾ to 1 pound per person, allowing for the weight of the bone and depending on how much you want for leftovers.
