Our pork ramen broth is a deeply flavorful broth prepared in-house by our farm chef using pork bones and pork skin from pasture-raised pigs raised at Pat’s Pastured. The bones are slowly simmered with vegetables, aromatics, and spices to create a rich, savory broth with the depth and character that ramen lovers expect.

Soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and scallions bring balance and umami, while warming spices like star anise and coriander add subtle complexity. The addition of pork skin helps create the rich body and silky texture that make ramen broths so satisfying.

This broth is perfect for building homemade ramen bowls, noodle soups, and comforting dishes, but it also works beautifully as a flavorful base for cooking vegetables, grains, and sauces.

Like everything from the Pat’s Pastured farm kitchen, this broth is made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and traditional cooking methods—never seed oils, artificial additives, or unnecessary shortcuts.

Cooking Directions: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Stovetop:
Heat gently in a saucepan until warmed through.

Microwave:
